    BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONSULTANT

    The Behavioral Health Consultant at LCH provides counseling and intervention services to help clients reach their full human potential. Duties include assisting clients to remove barriers to health and wellness. The Behavioral Health Consultant will collaborate with members of the health care team, the community service team, and the client/family to assure clients’ psychosocial needs are addressed.

    The primary function of the Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner is to assure the provision of quality primary care services to Chester County families.  Services of the Family Nurse Practitioner at LCH include the following: physical examinations and immunizations, chronic disease management, acute episodic care for infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatric clients.

  • DENTAL HYGIENIST

    DENTAL HYGIENIST

    The Dental Hygienist will provide oral care such as debridement, hand scaling and regular cleanings to patients and provide them with information to assist with developing and maintaining good oral health. Lead by the Dentist and the Operations, Compliance and Dental Manager, our dental facility consists of 3-operatories located in a medical office building and is supported by LCH’s primary location 2 miles away, consisting of medical offices, behavioral healthcare, social services and administration.

  • IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

    IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

    LCH is seeking a motivated individual to become the Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist.  The IT Support Specialist will provide oversight and management of the IT function at LCH.  LCH has undergone a multi-year strategic initiative to transform the organization, introducing a new model of care that required the integration of several data systems.  Continuing hardware and network support and troubleshooting is needed to bridge with our remote cloud network. The IT Support Specialist will also be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of our EHR (electronic health record) and other application content. The IT Support Specialist’s primary responsibility is to ensure LCH has a stable technology foundation to support current and future strategic initiatives and to keep IT operations running smoothly.

    The primary function of the Medical Assistant is to assist the clinician in the provision of primary healthcare services to the client and to act as an advocate for the client.  The Medical Assistant collects health information, performs phlebotomy and vital signs, assists with procedures as required, and records medical data in the electronic health record.  Medical Assistants as a team are responsible for patient flow, and health center duties including stocking rooms, maintaining inventory, medical supplies and medical equipment, and performing quality assurance.

  • MEMBER RELATIONS SPECIALIST

    MEMBER RELATIONS SPECIALIST

    The MRS provides vital customer service via telephone and in person. This position is responsible for answering calls on LCH’s main line, routing calls to appropriate staff, making appointments for the health center and providing basic information. When functioning in the role of front office reception, the MRS directs members to the proper service, performs client intake and assessment, provides check-out services, collects and records fees, and provides client services (appointments and inquiries).

    The Mental Health Therapist will provide psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children using individual, group, couple, and family modalities. LCH provides counseling and intervention services to help clients reach their full human potential.     The part-time Psychiatrist will address the behavioral health needs of clients by conducting psychiatric evaluation of clients, prescribing, and managing psychotropic medications.  The Psychiatrist will coordinate with other behavioral health and primary medical providers and support care management within the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) integrated model. The candidate will be certified (waivered) in the treatment of drug addiction and will assess and assist with staff development related to behavioral health and addiction treatment.  The primary function of the Psychiatrist is to diagnose, prescribe medication, monitors medications side effects and participates in the treatment process.
